Princess Plus & Princess Premier

These terms apply to all Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages. Effective May 1, 2025, guests who want to purchase a Princess Plus or Princess Premier package less than 4 days (96 hours) before, or after, their voyage’s scheduled departure must purchase while onboard and will incur an increased package price. To receive the pre-cruise, lower price, guest must purchase the package at least 4 days and a full 96 hours prior to voyage’s scheduled departure; otherwise, guest will pay $5 USD / $10 AUD more per day/per person for Princess Plus and Princess Premier. Princess Plus and Princess Premier benefits are not applicable to land portion of cruises and cruisetours, with the exception of Beverage Packages and Wi-Fi, which still apply when ashore in Princess Cays. All package benefits expire at the end of the relevant cruise.

PRINCESS PLUS

Princess Plus Purchased on or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2026 and Beyond

The Princess Plus package was updated on July 22, 2025*, and the price was increased to $65 USD / $79 AUD per person, per day (and $70 USD / $84 AUD per person, per day for sailings onboard Sun Princess® or Star Princess®) when purchasing at least 4 days (96 hours) before the voyage’s scheduled departure.

The Princess Plus package, if purchased or redeemed on or after July 22, 2025* for a sailing departing on or after January 14, 2026, includes the following benefits:

Plus Beverage Package: Includes specialty coffee, select bottled water, cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soda/soft drinks, and zero-alcohol cocktails priced up to $15.00 USD/$22 AUD each as listed on Princess Cruises®’ menu. Bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water, or canned soda purchased onboard with the Plus Beverage Package will receive a 25% discount on the standard onboard price. Subject to daily limit on included alcoholic beverages. Exclusions and limitations apply, see full terms & conditions for Plus Beverage Package.
Wi-Fi included for one device per guest. All internet usage subject to standard Wi-Fi policies, which may limit browsing of sites due to network security and bandwidth usage and is subject to change with or without notice.
Crew Appreciation: Paid on behalf of guests with Princess Plus package. Crew Appreciation is a per-guest payment and amount varies based on stateroom type. Princess Plus does not include other service charges. Although Crew Appreciation is listed as part of the Princess Plus package, for guests who (a) book from Australia or New Zealand and purchase Princess Plus prior to their cruise, or (b) purchase Princess Plus onboard a cruise that is operating in AUD, Crew Appreciation is already included in the cruise fare and therefore all such guests, regardless of whether they book the Princess Plus package, will receive Crew Appreciation and no substitution or refund will be provided for such part of the package.
Casual Dining: Limited to 4 pre-fixe meals per guest during the entire voyage at ship’s select Casual Dining venues. Entitles the guest to enjoy up to four pre-fixe meals at Casual Dining venues that otherwise carry a charge not included in your cruise fare. At each of the four included meals, guest will be able to select one option from each menu section on the pre-fixe menu (for example, one starter, one entrée, one dessert); no substitutions, revisions, or other changes will be permitted to such menu. Exact meal options, availability, and other details will be determined by the Casual Dining venue. Any unused meals will not be credited or refunded to guest.
Included One-Time Delivery Access Fee: Covers the one-time fee of $14.99 USD/$22.99 AUD for each guest for delivery orders placed through the Princess® App (OceanNow®). Orders for delivery through the stateroom phone or stateroom breakfast order cards are also included for guests with the Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages. All delivery based on availability and may be subject to additional terms.

Princess Plus Purchased Before July 22, 2025 (or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2025)

The Princess Plus package, if purchased or redeemed prior to August 15, 2024 (an “Original” package), includes the following benefits:

Plus Beverage Package: includes specialty coffee, select bottled water, cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soda/soft drinks, and zero-alcohol cocktails priced up to $15.00 USD/$22 AUD each as listed on Princess Cruises®’ menu. Bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water, or canned soda purchased onboard with the Plus Beverage Package will receive a 25% discount on the standard onboard price. Subject to daily limit on included alcoholic beverages. Exclusions and limitations apply, see full terms & conditions for Plus Beverage Package.
Wi-Fi included, as described just above.
Crew Appreciation, as described just above.

The Princess Plus package was upgraded on August 15, 2024, and the price was increased to $60 USD / $65 AUD per person, per day when purchased at least 4 days (96 hours) before the voyage’s scheduled departure (an “Upgraded” package). Any purchase or redemption of a Princess Plus package on or after August 15, 2024 (but before July 22, 2025*, or, after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing prior to January 14, 2026) is for this Upgraded Princess Plus package. Purchases and redemptions made before August 15, 2024 are for the Original Princess Plus package, unless upgraded by guest.

Upgraded Princess Plus package includes all of the benefits of the Original Princess Plus package plus the following benefits:

Casual Dining: Limited to 2 pre-fixe meals per guest during the entire voyage at ship’s select casual dining venues. Entitles the guest to enjoy up to two pre-fixe meals at Casual Dining venues that otherwise carry a charge not included in your cruise fare. At each of the two included meals, guest will be able to select one option from each menu section on the pre-fixe menu (for example, one starter, one entrée, one dessert); no substitutions, revisions, or other changes will be permitted to such menu. Exact meal options, availability, and other details will be determined by the Casual Dining venue. Any unused meals will not be credited or refunded to guest.
Medallion® Shipping: Shipping will be offered to U.S. and Canadian residents only and will be shipped via ground shipping. Must book package with ample time for the Medallion to arrive to guest via ground shipping or such package part shall be forfeited.
Premium Desserts: Limited to 2 desserts per guest per day during the voyage. Gratuities included; not valid using OceanNow feature within the Princess App. Only available during open hours of the venue at which dessert is available.
Juice Bar: Only available at breakfast and lunch during the opening hours of the World Fresh Marketplace/other adjacent location at which juice is served; not valid using OceanNow feature within the Princess App.
Fitness Classes: Limited to 2 classes per guest during the entire voyage. Applies to in-person classes, must sign up for class on-board by visiting the fitness center. Exact class type, length, timing, schedule, availability, and other details will be determined by the ship type and by Princess Cruises in its sole discretion.

PRINCESS PREMIER

Princess Premier Purchased on or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2026 and Beyond

The Princess Premier package was updated on July 22, 2025*, and the price was increased to $100 USD / $129 AUD per person, per day (and $105 USD / $134 AUD per person, per day for sailings onboard Sun Princess or Star Princess) when purchasing at least 4 days (96 hours) before the voyage’s scheduled departure.

The Princess Premier package, if purchased or redeemed on or after July 22, 2025* for a sailing departing on or after January 14, 2026, includes the following benefits:

Premier Beverage Package: Includes specialty coffee, select bottled water, cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soda/soft drinks, and zero-alcohol cocktails priced up to $20.00 USD/$30 AUD each as listed on Princess Cruises’ menu. Bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water or canned soda purchased on board with the Premier Beverage Package will receive a 25% discount on the standard onboard price. No daily limit on included alcoholic beverages. Exclusions and limitations apply, see full terms & conditions for Premier Beverage Package.
Wi-Fi included for four devices per guest. All internet usage subject to standard Wi-Fi policies, which may limit browsing of sites due to network security and bandwidth usage and is subject to change with or without notice.
Crew Appreciation: Paid on behalf of guests with Princess Premier package. Crew Appreciation is a per-guest payment and amount varies based on stateroom type. Princess Premier does not include other service charges. Although Crew Appreciation is listed as part of the Princess Premier package, for guests who (a) book from Australia or New Zealand and purchase Princess Premier prior to their cruise, or (b) purchase Princess Premier onboard a cruise that is operating in AUD, Crew Appreciation is already included in the cruise fare and therefore all such guests, regardless of whether they book the Princess Premier package, will receive Crew Appreciation and no substitution or refund will be provided for such part of the package.
Shorex Credit: Credit toward Shore Excursions booked through Princess in the following amounts: (i) $100 for voyages from 6 to 9 days in length; (ii) $200 for voyages from 10 to 20 days in length; (iii) $300 for voyages of 21 or more days in length. Credit is available upon purchase of Princess Premier package and redeemable pre-cruise online or onboard by visiting the Shore Excursion desk. Unused Credit will be forfeited at end of voyage and Credit is not redeemable or refundable for cash. Shorex Credit will be awarded in the same currency as the currency onboard such cruise. Available Shore Excursion options may vary based on cruise itinerary and may only be available on select voyages, while capacity lasts, and may be subject to additional limitations, requirements and/or restrictions. Shore Excursions are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on availability. Shore Excursions are subject to additional terms and conditions, see full Excursion Terms & Conditions.
Unlimited Casual Dining: Includes unlimited pre-fixe meals per guest during the entire voyage at ship’s select Casual Dining venues. Entitles the guest to enjoy pre-fixe meals at Casual Dining venues that otherwise carry a charge not included in your cruise fare. At each of the included meals, guest will be able to select one option from each menu section on the pre-fixe menu (for example, one starter, one entrée, one dessert); no substitutions, revisions, or other changes will be permitted to such menu. Exact meal options, availability, and other details will be determined by the Casual Dining venue. Any unused meals will not be credited or refunded to guest.
Specialty Dining: Limited to 1 Specialty Dining meal per mealtime (ex: lunch, dinner), per day. Includes restaurant cover charges only and does not include menu items subject to supplementary charges. Availability of Specialty Dining reservations may be limited on certain cruises. It is recommended that guests make Specialty Dining reservations pre-cruise using the Princess App. Princess Cruises reserves the right to pre-assign Specialty Dining times and location.

Professional Photos: Includes unlimited digital downloads of images taken by onboard Princess Cruises’ photographers featuring the guest, and three prints of such photos, or photos supplied by the guest, up to 8x10 size. Package does not include PhotoStudio or walkaround programs, weddings or vow renewals, iris photography, large groups (of 20 or more) or other special event photography services.
Reserved Theater Seating: Princess Cruises will reserve a group of seats for guests who purchase Princess Premier for “production show” presentations (Broadway-style shows with singers and dancers) during a voyage. Princess Cruises requests that such guests arrive at the Theater between 15 and 30 minutes before show time to select seats (no saving seats will be allowed by guests). Reserved seats are strictly limited and subject to availability, are first-come, first-served. Princess Cruises will determine, in its sole discretion, the location of reserved seats. Such seats will be released to all voyage guests approximately 5 minutes prior to show time.

Princess Premier Before July 22, 2025 (or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2025)

The Princess Premier package, if purchased or redeemed prior to August 15, 2024 (an “Original” package), includes the following benefits:

Premier Beverage Package: Includes specialty coffee, select bottled water, cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soda/soft drinks, and zero-alcohol cocktails priced up to $20.00 USD/$30 AUD each as listed on Princess Cruises’ menu. Bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water or canned soda purchased on board with the Premier Beverage Package will receive a 25% discount on the standard onboard price. Subject to daily limit on included alcoholic beverages. Exclusions and limitations apply, see full terms & conditions for Premier Beverage Package.
Wi-Fi included, as described just above.

GENERAL TERMS FOR PRINCESS PLUS AND PRINCESS PREMIER

One guest’s participation in Princess Plus or Princess Premier may be dependent on the other guest(s) in his/her stateroom’s participation, as determined by booking method. Princess Plus and Princess Premier are contingent on ship capacity and may only be available on select voyages, while capacity lasts. Packages and their parts may be changed or revoked at any time and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash. Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd. (“Princess”) is not responsible or liable for technical or printing errors. Void where prohibited. Princess Plus, Princess Premier and their respective parts are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be combinable with other offers.

Plus and Premier Beverage Packages are valid only for guests who are of legal drinking age. When sailing from North America, the legal drinking age on Princess Cruises is 21. However, when sailing from Japan the legal drinking age is 20 and when sailing from the United Kingdom, Europe, other ports in Asia, South America, Australia and New Zealand, the legal drinking age is 18. Guests under 21/20/18 (as applicable) will receive the Zero-Alcohol Drink Package in lieu of the Plus or Premier Beverage Package (as applicable) and will not receive any refund for the difference in beverage packages. On sailings that begin in ports in the States of California, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, Virginia and Washington, the alcoholic beverages portion of a package will not take effect until the ship on which the guest is sailing is in international waters, as determined by Princess Cruises, and therefore any alcoholic beverages purchased by a guest before a ship is in international waters will be charged to a guest’s onboard account; no discounts will be provided to the Package price or refunds as a result of this. Any bottle of wine, one-liter bottles of water or canned soda purchased on board with either Package will receive a 25% discount on the standard onboard price. Packages do not include mini bar items, beverages offered via self-service or vending machines, tobacco, food items or souvenir glassware. Bar Service Charges are included in each Package for qualifying beverages included in the Packages. Service of alcohol is always subject to Princess Cruises’ internal Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy and no refunds will be provided where alcohol is restricted under such policy. The Plus Beverage Package

Packages Purchased on or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2026 and Beyond

These terms govern Plus Beverage Packages purchased (including via a purchase or redemption of a Princess Plus package) on or after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing on or after January 14, 2026.

What is Included:

The package includes all beer, spirits, wine by the glass and cocktails $15.00 USD and under as listed on our menu(s), or $22.00 AUD and under for voyages departing from and returning to Australia and New Zealand.
The package includes sparkling or still bottled water (500ml or less), fountain sodas, specialty coffees and teas, Frappés at Coffee & Cones, zero alcohol cocktails, and Red Bull energy drinks. Where selected soda is unavailable at the fountain, canned soda will be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability. Upon request, canned soda will be provided in place of a fountain soda for any order of a single soda, at no additional charge, subject to availability.
The package provides a 25% discount off the standard onboard price on the following excluded items: all bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water, and canned soda (except where canned soda is provided in place of fountain soda for no additional charge, as set forth above).
The package may be used on our private islands, all onboard food and beverage venues, and other onboard areas such as the theater or public spaces that offer beverage service.

Package Details and Qualifications:

Age restrictions apply for purchases of the Plus Beverage Package.
The Plus Beverage Package is US $64.99 per day plus 18% service charge (totaling $76.70 per day) for all itineraries except Australia. For all Australian-based vessels, the package is AUD $110.00 per day which includes a service charge. You will be charged the full amount for the complete voyage at the time of purchase.
The Plus Beverage Package must be purchased for every day a passenger is sailing. Partial / pro-rated packages or purchase for segments of a guest’s voyage are NOT accepted.
The package may be pre-purchased at least four days (96 hours) prior to voyage’s scheduled departure.
The package is offered onboard on embarkation day and the day after embarkation day and is NOT sold after such time.
The package is NOT available for pre-purchase within four days of sailing.
The package is NOT refundable or transferable once purchased on board, and for advance purchased packages, NOT refundable or transferable within four days of sailing.

Exclusions:

The package does not apply to bottled spirits or any items offered in retail venues or shops on board.
The package does not apply to Mini-Bar items.
The package does not apply to souvenir Glassware.
The package excludes and is not combinable with other Programs, Promotions, Onboard Specials, or Events such as Wine Tastings, Chef’s Table, Buckets of Beer, Specialty Dining cover charges, or food items for sale such as ice cream, etc.

Not all exclusions or limitations can be foreseen or published here and may exist or be implemented without notice.

Pricing is subject to change without notice and for vessels designated in a foreign currency, packages purchased in advance may vary from onboard pricing due to timing and currency fluctuations. Guests will NOT be issued any credits or refunds for such currency variances.

Service of alcohol is always subject to Princess Cruises’ internal Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy and no refunds will be provided where alcohol is restricted under such policy.

Terms and Conditions:

Plus Beverage Package is limited to 15 beverages per 24-hour period (6 a.m. to 6 a.m.). Beverages requested above the daily limits are charged at regular menu prices. This limitation applies to alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Specialty coffees and teas do NOT count toward the above 15 beverage limit.
Sparkling or still bottled water (500Ml or less) do NOT count toward the above 15 beverage limit, however, such bottled water is limited to no more than 12 bottles per day.
Bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water and canned soda sold at 25% discount do NOT have this limitation, nor do they count toward this maximum.
Items selected that exceed the $15.00 USD or $22.00 AUD price are charged according to the difference in price.
Beverage orders are limited to one (1) beverage per order. Such beverage may be served as a ‘double’ (i.e. containing twice the standard quantity of the selected beverage).
Packages may NOT be shared, are NON-transferable and NON-refundable and expire at the end of cruise.
Shipboard management reserves the right to add additional restrictions and revoke or cancel the Plus Beverage Package at any point during a guest’s voyage for any reason with or without a prorated refund. Additional actions may be taken if guests:
Become intoxicated;
Provide beverages to other guests or do NOT comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of the package;
Exhibit behavior that is inappropriate, a safety risk to themselves or others, or become offensive or disruptive to other cruise guests or staff; or
Exceed, or attempt to circumvent, the daily limits and service limitations outlined.

Packages Purchased Before July 22, 2025 (or After July 22 for Sailings in 2025)

These terms govern Plus Beverage Packages purchased (including via a purchase or redemption of a Princess Plus package): (i) before July 22, 2025*; and (ii) on or after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing prior to January 14, 2026.

What is Included:

The package includes all beer, spirits, wine by the glass and cocktails $15.00 USD and under as listed on our menu(s), or $22.00 AUD and under for voyages departing from and returning to Australia and New Zealand.
The package includes sparkling or still bottled water (500ml or less), fountain sodas, fresh juices and healthy smoothies (unlimited juice bar), specialty coffees and teas, Frappés at Coffee & Cones, and Red Bull energy drinks. Where selected soda is unavailable at the fountain, canned soda will be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability. Upon request, canned soda will be provided in place of fountain soda for any order of a single soda, at no additional charge, subject to availability.
The package provides a 25% discount off the standard onboard price on the following excluded items: all bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water, and canned soda (except where canned soda is provided in place of fountain soda for no additional charge, as set forth above).

- Become intoxicated;

The Premier Beverage Package

Packages Purchased on or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2026 and Beyond

These terms govern Premier Beverage Packages purchased (including via a purchase or redemption of a Princess Premier package) on or after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing on or after January 14, 2026.

What is Included:

The package includes all beer, spirits, wine by the glass and cocktails $20.00 USD and under as listed on our menu(s), or $30.00 AUD and under for voyages departing from and returning to Australia and New Zealand.
The package includes sparkling or still bottled water (500ml or less), fountain sodas, specialty coffees and teas, Frappés at Coffee & Cones, zero alcohol cocktails, and Red Bull energy drinks. Where selected soda is unavailable at the fountain, canned soda will be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability. Upon request, canned soda will be provided in place of a fountain soda for any order of a single soda, at no additional charge, subject to availability.
The package provides a 25% discount off the standard onboard price on the following excluded items: all bottles of wine, one-liter bottles of water, and canned soda (except where canned soda is provided in place of fountain soda for no additional charge, as set forth above).
The package may be used on Half Moon Cay and Princess Cays, excludes Celebration Key, all onboard food and beverage venues, and other onboard areas such as the theater or public spaces that offer beverage service.
If dining at a specialty dining venue, a large (one-liter) bottle of still or sparkling water is covered by the package.

Package Details and Qualifications:

Age restrictions apply for purchases of the Premier Beverage Package.
The Premier Beverage Package is US $84.99 per day plus 18% service charge (totaling $100.30 per day) for all itineraries except Australia. For all Australian-based vessels, the package is AUD $140.00 per day which includes a service charge. You will be charged the full amount for the complete voyage at the time of purchase.
The Premier Beverage Package must be purchased for every day a passenger is sailing. Partial / pro-rated packages or purchase for segments of a guest’s voyage are NOT accepted.
The package may be pre-purchased at least four days (96 hours) prior to voyage’s scheduled departure.
The package is offered onboard on embarkation day and the day after embarkation day and is NOT sold after such time.
The package is NOT available for pre-purchase within four days of sailing.
The package is NOT refundable or transferable once purchased on board and, for advance purchased packages, NOT refundable or transferable within four days of sailing.

Exclusions:

The package does not apply to bottled spirits or any items offered in retail venues or shops on board.
The package does not apply to Mini-Bar items.
The package does not apply to souvenir Glassware.
The package excludes and is not combinable with other Programs, Promotions, Onboard Specials, or Events such as Wine Tastings, Chef’s Table, Buckets of Beer, Specialty Dining cover charges, or food items for sale such as ice cream, etc.

Not all exclusions or limitations can be foreseen or published here and may exist or be implemented without notice.

Service of alcohol is always subject to Princess Cruises’ internal Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy and no refunds will be provided where alcohol is restricted under such policy.

Sparkling or still bottled water (500Ml or less) is limited to no more than 12 bottles per day.

Packages may NOT be shared, are NON-transferable and NON-refundable and expire at the end of cruise.
Shipboard management reserves the right to add additional restrictions and revoke or cancel the Premier Beverage Package at any point during a guest’s voyage for any reason with or without a prorated refund. Additional actions may be taken if guests:
- Become intoxicated;
- Provide beverages to other guests or do NOT comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of the package;
- Exhibit behavior that is inappropriate, a safety risk to themselves or others, or become offensive or disruptive to other cruise guests or staff; or
- Exceed, or attempt to circumvent, the service limitations outlined.

Packages Purchased Before July 22, 2025 (or After July 22, 2025 for Sailings in 2025)

These terms govern Premier Beverage Packages purchased (including via a purchase or redemption of a Princess Premier package): (i) before July 22, 2025*; and (ii) on or after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing prior to January 14, 2026.

What is Included:

The package includes all beer, spirits, wine by the glass and cocktails $20.00 USD and under as listed on our menu(s), or $30.00 AUD and under for voyages departing from and returning to Australia and New Zealand.

These terms govern Zero-Alcohol Packages purchased (including via a purchase or redemption of a Princess Premier or Princess Plus package) on or after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing on or after January 14, 2026.

What is Included:

The package includes all specialty coffees and teas, hot chocolate, fountain sodas, Frappes at Coffee & Cones, mocktails, sparkling or still bottled water (500ml or less), and Red Bull or other energy drinks.
The package provides a 25% discount on the standard onboard price on all canned soda and one-liter bottles of water.
The package may be used on Princess Cays and all onboard Food and Beverage Venues and other areas such as the Theater or public spaces that offer beverage service. Selections and service are limited to that venue’s menu offerings and operating hours.

Package Details and Qualifications:

There is no age restriction for purchase of the Zero-Alcohol Package.
The Zero-Alcohol Package is US $29.99 per day plus 18% service charge (totaling $35.39 per day) for all itineraries except Australia. For Australian-based vessels, the package is AUD $45.00 per day which includes a service charge.** You will be charged the full amount for the complete voyage at the time of purchase.
The Zero-Alcohol Package must be purchased for every day a passenger is sailing. Partial / pro-rated packages or purchase for segments of a guest’s voyage are NOT accepted, although some exceptions may apply, such as the World Cruise. These exceptions, IF applicable, will be displayed in Manage Booking at the time of purchase.

These terms govern Premier Beverage Packages purchased (including via a purchase or redemption of a Princess Premier or Princess Plus package): (i) before July 22, 2025*; and (ii) on or after July 22, 2025* for cruises departing prior to January 14, 2026.

The package includes all specialty or premium coffees and teas, hot chocolate, fountain sodas, cans of soda, fresh juices and healthy smoothies (from the juice bar), sparkling or still bottled water (500ml or less), Frappes at Coffee & Cones, mocktails, and smoothies as per the menu, Red Bull or other energy drinks, and Milk Shakes (if available).
The package may be used on Princess Cays and all onboard Food and Beverage Venues and other areas such as the Theater or public spaces that offer beverage service. Selections and service are limited to that venue’s menu offerings and operating hours.

Excursion Terms & Conditions

GENERAL. In making bookings (including selling tickets) or otherwise promoting or making arrangements for Shore or Alaska Land Excursions (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Excursion" or "Excursions")– whether for air, land or local water transportation; tours; sports or any other recreational activities; shore accommodations or meals or for any service, facility or activity other than onboard Princess' cruise ships – Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Princess" or "Carrier") acts only as agent for the independent excursion operator supplying such excursions or services. Participation by a passenger in Excursions is conditioned upon such passenger's acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the Passage Contract provided to you at the time of booking, these terms and conditions which are referenced on the back of the Excursion Ticket and, depending on the activity, other documents which, among other things, expressly release Princess from any liability for such participation. Participation may also be subject to the independent Excursion operators' own terms and conditions.

Guests with disabilities should email the Access Office for assistance with booking accessible shore excursions. The Access Office works in partnership with our Shore Excursion department who will assist and advise you directly of your options.

Our Accessible Shore Excursions encompass a global approach to inclusivity and focus on creating experiences that cater to diverse needs of our guests, to the extent feasible, regardless of the regions they operate in. Tours operating outside the US may not meet full ADA standards but will provide transportation for guests using wheelchairs and wheelchair access within the venues included in the tours. We want to acknowledge that some of our shore excursions may not fully comply with the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There may be situations where local conditions such as terrain, transportation, or activity constraints may limit our ability to meet specific accessibility requirements.

EXCURSION TIMINGS. Departure times for each Excursion will be listed on princess.com in the Manage Booking. For Shore Excursions, departure times will also be listed on the Shore Excursion Order Form, which you will receive onboard. These have been published according to information from our Excursion Operators, but are subject to change should the vessel's arrival time at any port be delayed, or the itinerary for any particular excursion be amended. Please note that the departure time shown will be the time the last Excursion vehicle leaves the pier or hotel. Passengers are requested to report to the specified departure location (either onboard ship or shoreside) at the designated time, as delay on your part can interfere with the pleasure of your fellow passengers.

EXCURSIONS WITH LIMITED PARTICIPATION. Shore Excursions may be purchased in advance of your cruise departure or onboard ship on a first-come, first served basis. Many of the Excursions have limited participation and booking requests will be processed in the order received. When excursions are fully subscribed, additional requests will be placed on a waiting list in the order received.

Alaska Land Excursions cannot be waitlisted but we actively request more space wherever possible from our excursion operators; if an excursion is sold out we encourage guests to revisit the Manage Booking at a later date and they can also check for more availability at the tour desks in our Alaska ports.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS. Coats, wraps, umbrellas, cameras, handbags, traveling bags and similar personal articles remain at all times through the Excursion under the passenger's custody and control. Be careful that you do not leave your possessions unattended at any time in the car or coach in which you are traveling.

PRICES. The prices for Excursions are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. All quotations made include conveyance according to the itinerary and, where applicable, meals, refreshments, guides and entrance fees, unless otherwise stated. Children, other than infants in arms, will be charged full fare unless noted otherwise.

SHORE EXCURSION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY. If you have booked a Shore Excursion you must cancel your booking prior to the scheduled closing time printed on the Shore Excursion Ticket. No refunds will be made for any excursion unless notice of cancellation is given before the closing time. For excursions involving hotel accommodations, flights and private vehicles the closing time is 30 days prior to sailing and no refund will be made after this date. For excursions involving helicopter flights, you must cancel your booking by 12:00 p.m. on the day after embarkation. Carrier cannot cancel any excursion if it is past the closing time, nor will Carrier refund any excursion on which you choose not to go.

No refunds can be made on any excursion booking unless notice of cancellation is given before the closing time indicated on the booking form for the excursions involved. The times when bookings will close will be published onboard. In the event of any excursion being canceled for reasons beyond Princess’ control, a full refund will be made. If any excursion must be abandoned through force majeure or difficulties en route, the best possible refund will be arranged according to the circumstances.

If you have pre-paid a shore excursion and wish to cancel, the following will also apply:

If a pre-paid shore excursion is cancelled five (5) days or more prior to sailing a refund of the pre-paid amount will be made in one of the following ways:

If there is a shore excursion balance for the passenger named on the booking being cancelled then the pre-paid amount shall be applied to this balance.

Or,
If there is no shore excursion balance for the guest named on the reservation being cancelled then the pre-paid amount will be refunded to the credit card used to pre-pay the shore excursion. All refunds will be processed in due course, but delays should be anticipated. Please allow sufficient time for us to manage this process and know we are doing everything in our power to expedite where possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If a pre-paid shore excursion is not cancelled within the above time frame or is cancelled during the voyage prior to the "Closing Time for Cancellation" listed for the particular excursion you wish to cancel, then the pre-paid amount will be refunded to the passenger named on the pre-paid reservation as a shipboard credit on this passenger’s shipboard folio. Please note this is done regardless of which passenger pre-paid for the shore excursion.

ALASKA LAND EXCURSION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY. Alaska Land Excursions, purchased through the Manage Booking, may be cancelled up to three days prior to travel without any cancellation fees. Land Excursions cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline will be refunded to the credit card that you provided in the Manage Booking to purchase your tours. Excursions cancelled within three (3) days prior travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, unless the operator, at their sole discretion, is unable to operate the program due to unforeseen circumstances. All sales of tours booked while on your land tour are considered final at the time of purchase and are 100% non-refundable except in the case of an operator approved cancellation.

TRANSPORTATION. Passengers should appreciate that standards of transport vary considerably throughout the world. Air-conditioned coaches are not available in many areas, and in some, local buses are the best available. Cars or taxis are also used at some ports where coach or bus transportation is not available or limited. Passengers wishing to travel with friends should all leave the ship together, as this will help the Excursion Staff to allocate them space in the same vehicle. For the comfort of all passengers, smoking is prohibited aboard all sightseeing vehicles.

WITHDRAWAL OF EXCURSIONS. The Excursion Operator reserves the right to withdraw any excursion through lack of demand and to make any alterations that they may deem advisable for the comfort of the passengers, bearing in mind the convenience and best interest of each group.

ECOLOGY & ENVIRONMENT. It is our policy to maintain a positive and proactive position in relation to the environment. We realize that there is much work to be done to achieve our company goals. To this end we are continually striving to increase awareness of any environmental issues that are likely to affect any of the excursions we offer. We work closely with our local agents to convey any environmental messages in our shore excursion programs and therefore ask you to support us in our efforts by respecting the cultures, customs and environmental issues of the various destinations we visit.
